Content and rights

Shared with credit. Removed when you ask.

Mizaan shares short clips of lectures and recitations so more people can benefit from them. Each one names its speaker or reciter and points back to the original. If something is yours and you'd like it changed or taken down, tell us and we'll do it the same day.

i.

Credited by name

Every clip names the speaker or reciter, so people know whose words they're hearing.

ii.

Linked to the original

Clips point back to where they came from: the full lecture in the app when we have it, or the original source.

iii.

Yours to decide

A speaker, their team or a rights holder can ask us to remove or correct anything, at any time.

Removal or correction

One email is enough.

Write to admin@mizaan.org and tell us:

  • who you are: the speaker, someone on their team, or the rights holder;
  • what it is: a link, a screenshot or a title is plenty;
  • what you'd like: for it to come down, or for something to be corrected, like a name, a credit or a link.

We remove it the same day, usually within hours, and write back to let you know it's done. If you'd like everything of yours taken down, say so and we'll take it all down at once.

You don't need a formal legal notice, though we're happy to receive one.
